The works which are registered in 2 ways such as optional registration and compulsory registration before the Ministry of Culture are for principle of statement and provide convenience for proving that who is or are the person/persons producing the work. OPTIONAL REGISTRATION is made pursuant to Code of Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 Clause No. 13 and the Regulation Concerning to Recording and Registration of Intellectual and Artistic Works and COMPULSORY REGISTRATION is made pursuant to Code of Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 Clause No. 13.
