As Saygın Patent, we monitor valued trademarks of our clients against similar or counterfeit trademarks for which registration applications have been made to Turkish Patent Institute with a special tracking system within the direction of our clients. Therefore, we may reject to the similar/counterfeit trademark within 3 months’ declaration period and we may have the opportunity of cancelling the trademark without entering into the lawsuit process which is an overcosting and time consuming process.
